                  My Journey to a Healthy Life



Running has been a part of my life ever since I was born. I grow up running and playing most sports, so when I had my daughter and gain a whole ton of weight which includes me having womanly parts that I didn't have most of my life growing up, I was really happy cause I have never been that heavy before...When I was young I was call and fish bone stick all because I was so skinny not fit. At  age 15teen I was wearing kids size 6 and been short didn't help on bit..School was my play ground I was know as the girl who was good at sports, the girl who acts like a boy and look like a boy sad to say (wish I had a picture to show lol) but everyone knows who I am and where to find me...I like love it not just the fact that I am popluar but that I had friends who like me because of the sports I play....Now I'm all grown up and heavy in places that I should not be....so I decided that it was time to chance that and be happy about the change for me and not anyone else....I started by picking up the thing I love the most and too lazy to do which running and eating right....Now I'm down 25 pounds and going strong for the last three years....I jour the #bookblogwalkers group with a bunch of ladies who are so hype about getting healthy and lossing weight...
Ladies you guys rock because I was getting tied of doing it by myself  so thank you you guys so much....until next time
